Just a quick view into my life. Feel free to comment on any of the posts listed here. Hopefully I can come up with some profound thoughts or something (but I doubt it--lol). Yeah, and I'll also try not to be too controversial. Haha. Word.

What a Week!

Well, today I had to work my first Saturday of the 2006 tax season. Only 10 more to go! LOL. Honestly, I think this may have been the busiest week of my entire life. Deadlines (even on matters outside of work) were an issue nearly every day.
People are going crazy around here over the Super Bowl. We had a tailgate party at work on Friday in which we were allowed to dress down in Steelers' gear. I don't have any Steelers' paraphernalia (only Pittsburgh Panthers' stuff), but we did have tons of great food! We had so much food that we ate the leftovers for lunch today. I'll post a few pictures of that event and then I have to get back to finishing a couple of tax returns. Peace.

Me showing Heather why we don't make entries to fund balance/net assets. LOL. Sorry, a little accounting humor there. Haha. Posted by Picasa

The pictures look great! Office parties are always fun! :) Our superintendent actually elects a "social committee" each year that is in charge of making sure we have enough office parties & goodies. I'm part of this year's committee; then, I'll have 2 years free before I'm asked to serve again. It's a lot of fun, though.

Best wishes for tax season! Don't forget to take time to relax too. We don't want you to get burned out!

Take care, and God bless! :)

Veggie pizza... What a yummy idea! Since I've been on this diet, I've been looking for low fat ideas. I tried veggie pizza tonight, and it was okay...but it seemed like there was something missing... You can't get Heather's recipe for me, can you?? :) (I'm batting my eye lashes & giving you puppy dog eyes... LOL.) P.S. Where can I find a guy like you? Guys in Eastern PA don't eat stuff like veggie pizza... :(

2 more weeks of deadlines, and I'll be able to breathe again! Whoo hoo! Hope things are going well for you at work too.

Peace.
